Very helpful and thoughtful landlord who always looked after us if needed. Great location only 10 minutes from uni but away from all the busyness of city life. You can get a parking permit if needed and there's always a space around the house.

The location was perfect for me as mutley plain was just a minutes walk from the property and university was merely 7 minutes walk. Never had a problem locality wise. The place was also monitored properly by the land lady (Julie Hawtin) and minor to minor problems were solved by her at the earliest. Taking a lot of memories from this beautiful place :)

Best decision i have made before moving to uk that i booked this house. it's a big house with clean and beautiful rooms and my flatmates are the best. This accomodation has also attached with a small barbeque area where we can chill and eat on a sunny day.
