The rooms are a good size as the house used to be a guest house. Bedroom doors are lockable, and you have your own separate food cupboards. Our phd students usually stay the full 3 years, but we operate a minimum 10 month contract. All rooms have all the furniture you need, plus a proper desk, and computer chair. 3 rooms available at present. The house always stays clean as the present occupants always wash their dishes immediately.
