Accommodation for undergraduates and master  We own two 8 bedroom houses, making a total of 16 rooms to let. We have been letting to undergraduates, masters and phd students very successfully for the last 15 years. Michael and jean are both retired and able to give their time and assistance to their tenants. It is very important to us that our students enjoy living in our houses, so we do our best to make sure our houses are happy places to live in.  At present we prefer groups of 6 or 7 or 8

phd or mature students wanted for a house which has always been for phd or masters students. a recent extension has created a new Lounge and extended kitchen.  No photos at the moment.  As many of my tenants have finished their phd this year I have several en-suite rooms available. This house is has always been a warm house with a nice atmosphere.  The rooms are a good size as the house used to be a guest house.  Bedroom doors are lockable, and you have your own separate food cupboards. Our phd students usually stay the full 3 years, but we operate a minimum 10 month contract. All rooms have all the furniture you need, plus a proper desk, and computer chair. 3 rooms available at present.  The house always stays clean as the present occupants always wash their dishes immediately.  You will never be faced with piles of dirty dishes, and the kitchen stays clean and tidy due to a shared cleaning rota that everyone signs up for.
