I had a great experience living here last year. The standout feature is definitely the location: it’s right in the city centre, with a large Sainsbury’s and plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and other amenities just a short walk away. It’s incredibly convenient and that was by far my favorite part about the flat. The U1 bus stop to uni is just across the street which is really helpful when going up to campus. Inside, the flat is quite spacious. Although we didn’t have a separate lounge area, the individual rooms are generously sized. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials: fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, and everything functioned well. As for the landlord, he was always quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. He was really prompt and helpful, which made everything a lot easier. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this flat to others. Naturally, being in a building with neighbors means you might hear some noise, but in my experience the neighbors were considerate.
