Park Road isn’t one of the closest streets to the main campus but it is definitely still very student heavy! There’s a corner shop only a couple minutes walk away, and there’s a Waitrose about 10 mins walk away. There’s parallel street parking which does get busy in the evenings but I just made sure I went out during the day and I always managed to get parked nearby. The house itself is great. It’s a very good size and we never felt like we were cramped for space. We stayed here for both second and third year. The landlord I would recommend highly. If there were any issues they would be sorted almost immediately and if they weren’t sorted immediately Yousuf would be chasing the tradesman. If Yousuf had to visit for any reason, he would also bring us surprise sweet treats for the house. It was safe to say that Yousuf went that little bit extra for us and it was really appreciated. We got really lucky with the property and the landlord as I know that you have to be really careful but Yousuf and 4 Park Road I would recommend to anyone.
