The Universities are located just a 5 minute walk away. This is a very popular Student area. Super fast Wifi INCLUDED! The house has a large open plan, newly fitted, high spec kitchen/diner/Lounge with patio doors to the rear garden which is part lawn and part covered patio with a heated seating area. There is lots of work surface space in the kitchen, along with plenty of cupboard space for six people, you can enjoy a stunning breakfast bar complete with central power output for your laptops or phones, six breakfast bar stools and feature hanging light above. Hidden within the island is a kitchen draw unit and at the other end a tumble dryer. The lounge, part of the open plan area has two slate grey leather three seat sofas, a large warm rug and a smart tv for your enjoyment. In addition, on the ground floor, we have two bedrooms both with double ottoman storage beds, wardrobe, desk and chair. These bedrooms benefit from the stunning ground floor shower room complete with large shower area, toilet and basin. Four further bedrooms are located upstairs, again with double storage beds, wardrobes, desk and chair. There are two lovely shower rooms located upstairs with large showers, toilet and basin. There is a driveway to the front. Deposits are £650 per person

    The location of the house is amazing for students at Aston Uni, +/-8 min from door to door! Many local and walkable places to socialise, as well as an easy 20 min walk into town. The house is one of the nicest uni houses I have ever been to with top notch rooms and amenities. Decent area and felt safe no matter the time of day. Paul is a great landlord - easy to contact, reasonable, and always happy to help. Honestly going to really miss this house.

    The location is great, close to university, town, and New Street station, so is ideal for those who may be travelling regularly. The house itself is lovely, modern, and safe. Paul was able to help us with anything we needed throughout the year, even helping us with tasks around the house. Would definitely recommend both the house itself, and Paul as a landlord, to anyone looking for a place in Birmingham.

    The location of the property is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Birmingham and 10 minutes from the university. The house itself is newly renovated and is equipped with modern appliances. Good installation provides warmth through winter, plus the dryer keeps the living area warm without needing to use the heating. The house is overall in very good condition with no signs of damp or mould. The bedrooms are a good size and I felt safe living there due to the locks on the bedrooms doors (additionally to the front and back door). Paul was very helpful providing the agreements and clearly cares for the property and the tenants.

    The location of the house is perfect walking distance for students attending either BCU or Aston University. The property offers spacious communal areas with modernised furniture and appliances. Paul is extremely accommodating and helpful in enquiries. When I have had problems late at night, Paul has helped quickly and efficiently. I feel comfortable asking him any questions regarding the house too. I would definitely recommend one of Paul’s properties.

    Since first moving into the house I have never had a problem, if I was unsure on anything or something needed to be done Paul, our landlord would be straight to help. The location is perfect, while studying at BCU with a 10 - 15 minute walk which is extremely convenient with it being 20 -30 minute walk from the city centre. The route to University is easy and also safe as it's main roads near enough the whole way and at night they are lit up well. The house is beautiful and comfortable to live in. Again, I liked the way that before we moved into the house we were asked how we would like our room to be set and if we moved in and decided we wanted to move anything, that was ok. There is plenty of space for it to be a 3 bedroom house and it is never too cramped with a beautiful garden for the summer days to be able to sit out and enjoy the sun. Paul is a great landlord, and if anything was wrong he would try and be there the next day to fix or have a look at whatever may be playing up but also when you first move in he is there to help with the process to setting the bill payments up etc.
