Ok, l'll be honest we is really mostly me, Ross. I've been letting property since I left Plymouth University early in 2000. So as a graduate I know the good, bad and quite frankly the f'ugly of Plymouth Student Accommodation!

I've done the viewings, I've met the landlords, been herded by the agents, I've been ripped off, frustrated and let down. It's not all bad but as you probably already know it can be a minefield. Looking for somewhere half decent to live can take time, patience and often a lot of luck! Over the years I've bought, renovated and tried to create the kind of places I wish I'd found as a student. Plymouth student accommodation as it should be.

I take great pride in ensuring my properties are given to you in a good condition and when you move in they will be spotlessly clean, well decorated and everything will work! Saying that we can't guarantee your house won't have problems throughout your tenancy but what is really important is we will do our very best to resolve issues quickly and properly. Our tenants are carefully chosen and although I'm not looking for angels or shy retiring types, I am looking for tenants who share a mutual respect and like living in a nice environment.

Provide top quality student accommodation at reasonable prices. Maintain the property well, treat tenants with respect and remain approachable at all times.

As student accommodation in Plymouth goes this flat is a winner… It has two really good sized double bedrooms, both with large double glazed sash windows. There’s a fresh modern bathroom with a powerful shower and bright contemporary kitchen. A huge south-facing lounge is the icing on the cake.

The highlights of this flat are the large rooms, high ceilings, fresh decor and a rather cool kitchen! It has a intercom doorbell system for added peace of mind too. The gas central heating is managed by a digital thermostat giving you total control of the heating making it both economical and cosy to live in. Situated in the heart of a thriving area of Plymouth known as Stoke Village, you have everything you will ever need right on your doorstep. There’s a super-market, café, bakery, pharmacy, takeaways, a pub or two and the best Curry House in town (in my opinion.) If you are looking for quiet and homely student accommodation in Plymouth this is heaven! There is also ample parking just around the corner if you ever have friends or family visit. 
Ha, I almost forgot to mention the delightful park across the road, it’s the highest point in Plymouth with views over the city, Tamar river and Cornwall, perfect to escape to on a sunny afternoon.

Stoke village is a 20 minute walk from the main campus, but the No.32 bus takes you from your doorstep to the University in just 8 minutes! There is also somewhere to keep a bike if you fancy riding to and fro. There is off-road parking but it is limited so if this is something which is important to you we can discuss it when you get in touch.
