It was a great property, close to the uni. The property was cosy and spacious. Paul is a great landlord as he was always available to help us out and was quick to help fix any issues we had.

The location is amazing! Only a 5 minute walk from campus, a simple walk through the underpass. 5 minute walk from Sainsburys too. The house is super cosy, a fantastic bathroom and backyard. Whenever we had an issue with the house the landlord was always happy to come help and did so very quickly

I stayed at 8 Eton Avenue for 2 years during my studies at Plymouth. The location is brilliant, being in the middle of campus, Emdeck, and the train station has been brilliant, as well as being a short walk from Sainsbury's. The property itself is also really good, with all appliances working or being fixed promptly when there's been a problem. The living room is great, lots of space generally as well as comfy sofas, a big TV (and cable), coffee table, bookshelf and a dining table. The bathroom is also lovely, with plenty of space as well as a bath, large walk in shower and shelf storage. The kitchen itself appears slightly small, however this would only be a problem if everyone wanted to cook at the same time, with there still be enough room for 2 or 3 people to cook at once if you needed. I had no problems with the kitchen during my stay despite it being on the smaller side. The bedrooms were very nice, I stayed in the smaller upstairs room, and despite it being one of the smaller rooms it had a good amount of floor space and storage space, including under the bed, shelves, chesterdrawers, a built in wardrobe and a massive desk. There's also a pretty big window that lets in lots of light and all of the furniture is well built and sturdy. The courtyard has also been amazing, we've had lots of BBQs and stuff out there, with a picnic bench and big wall bench for seating. The 2 recycling bins and 2 rubbish bins has also been super useful for keeping on top of our rubbish. The landlord has been very helpful, he's always responded and helped with issues very quickly, miles better than every other student accommodation landlord I've heard of. I would recommend living here!

Truly enjoyed living at 8 Eton Avenue. The rooms were all spacious and overall the house had a real homey feel. Close to the centre and not even a 5 minute walk to the uni. Paul was a quality landlord, quick to respond to any queries or problems. Having lived there for two years I would definitely recommend 8 Eton Avenue.

I enjoyed living in this house a lot, the rooms were very spacious and over all the house had a comfortable and homey feel. It’s barely five minutes from uni, so ideal if you’re running late! And it’s a quick walk in to town. Paul is extremely helpful and any queries we had he handled efficiently. Overall my stay here at 8 eton avenue was truly lovely, and I would live here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed living at 8 Eton Avenue - brilliant location, lovely house and very helpful landlord. Easy to get to university with just a short walk, and also close to town. Decent sized rooms and felt like a safe area throughout our time there. Paul the landlord was extremely helpful and would attend quickly if we needed anything fixed or checked. He was contactable if we needed anything but also did not interfere or be too involved. Would definitely recommend living here.

This was a truly excellent place to live during my degree. The house was very comfortable to live in, being a good size overall and with a nice outside patio area that was good to relax in in the summer. It has recently been refurbished, and so should be even nicer then when I lived there. In terms of location the house is in a relatively quiet area, and could not be more ideally placed for amenities. The university is about 7 minutes slow walk away, and the train station and city centre are equally close by. Paul was an utterly stellar landlord. Any issues that occurred he resolved them straight away. He was always easy to contact, quick to respond, and was always friendly and affable towards myself and my housemates. Staying here was honestly a genuine pleasure, and I highly recommend 8 Eton Avenue and the landlord Paul, to any prospective tenants.

8 Eton Avenue was hands-down the best place I lived during my time in Plymouth. It is within easy walking distance of the university, train station, main attractions of the city, and everything else you will need, while also being located in a nice quiet area. The house itself is great with plenty of space, and has been recently renovated. There is even a private outside area, which was lovely in the summer! Paul was a fantastic landlord, easy to contact, quick to respond, and always very helpful and considerate. I would absolutely recommend this house to any student!
