Overview
A lovely four bed, two bathroom house just a 7 minute walk from the Heath hospital.
Ideal for medics and dentists.
We have let this house to medics and dentists for 16 years and it has always made a great home a short walk from lectures/clinic.
The house has four lovely bedrooms, each with bed, desk chair and a desk lamp.
The house is very well maintained with a recent new gas boiler, new fridge and recently replaced oven and dishwasher. I always have things fixed straight away. Three bedrooms are on the first floor with one on the ground floor. The living room has not been turned into a bedroom so there is lots of nice shared space with three matching comfy sofas.
The kitchen diner is really spacious and leads straight out onto the patio. There is a long garden with bike storage.
The house is available from July 1st 2027. I'm happy to put you in touch with the current tenants who can give you their take on the house and how it is managed.
I don't have a chain of rentals, just this one which we have lived in ourselves back in the day and which I manage carefully and respectfully.
