It is a good location, 2 min to the bus stop to go to uni and in town centre. I found the house very comfortable. The landlord was very helpful, understanding, caring and kind, I really appreciate it.

The house is in a great location, close to bus stations and town center if you feel like walking. It is also close to grocery shops which is very convenient. The house conditions are great and the landlady is very helpful. Whenever we have had a problem in house she has always been there to help us. She comes over almost every two weeks to check on the house, test the fire alarms and even do some cleaning, which we really appreciate . I have really enjoyed my stay in the house and that is why I am staying for another year.

The house is close enough to town (15/20mins) and the university (5-10 mins extra) that I can walk to both with ease as I do not drive. There is a bus service if necessary though. There is also an Adsa at about a 10 minute walk away which makes the odd shopping trip easy. The house itself is comfortable and has a living room and kitchen that make it much easier to live apart from my parents. My bedroom, although smaller than the others, has everything I need, and enough space for my things, I spend the majority of my time in the living room, so the size does not matter to me. Julie is incredibly helpful, she will answer all questions, gives adequate notice of visits, and assists with the upkeep of the house.
