Our student house, 2 Morley Road is situated in a quiet street in the Mount Pleasant area. It is 15 mins walk from Exeter University main campus and St Lukes campus and 10 minutes to the centre of town. The house has been completely refurbished, decorated throughout, with new carpets, modern furniture, gas central heating and wooden flooring in all the communal rooms, along with two modern bathrooms. It features a fitted kitchen with a double gas oven and hob, microwave oven, 2 fridges and freezers. Adjacent is a room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house is managed by the owners who live locally, have a responsible attitude and will address any problems which arise.
