The location of this property is absolutely vital for university life. Easy access to city centre which is a 15 minute walk or 4 minute bus ride. As well as being a 10 minute walk away from major universities: BCU and Aston. The property is really easy to maintain and provides good space and utilisation. Both the agent and landlord are extremely helpful with any query you have. All you have to do is pop a message to the agent. When me and my room mate first moved in the oven was not working, we sent a text to the agent and within the same day we had an electrician come by to check it out. The next day the property was provided with a new oven. Overall one of the best experiences as a tenant.
