The property is in a great location, easy to get to campus on foot, the property is really nice and well kept. Nice big kitchen and decent bathrooms. The landlord Paul is so friendly and helpful and was always very quick at sorting out problems and really nice to chat to.

As a final year student, not living in the heart of selly oak was good as it was quiet. However, it is still close enough to selly oak and the university not to feel too far away. The house was great, and if something went wrong, Paul was very good at coming and fixing it quickly (unlike other landlords!). I would definitely recommend this house and Paul.

Location is perfect - Raddlebarn is a nice street slightly out of the heart of Selly Oak and further from the campus but feels safer etc because of this, still with an easy walk to campus. The property is really nice and well looked after, and Paul the landlord is a legend - will repair promptly and very accessible. Loved living here.
