Dear Students, I do bills included with fair use policy for fuel at £13.00 per week . No profits are made on bills by the Landlord. A Fully Regulated, great , established and working for all, student accommodation in the Uplands. Well maintained and good facilities. Very clean and hygienic. Local experienced on-hand Landlord with 2 rental properties only. Students often give the Landlord presents/cards and great thanks at the end of their year, we must be doing something right. Very close to parks, beach, Uplands centre shops, pubs etc. Good regular bus services to Universities. Our code is treating students as hard working individuals on their journey to passing their exams etc and enjoying the Uni experience. Thank you and hope to see you soon.
