8 bed house, Fulford Road

Please note the images shown are example images from a similar Student Cribs property. Previously 65 and 67 Fulford Road were combined as a huge 15 bedroom property. During our renovation we split this house into two much more manageable 8 bedroom properties. (Due to their close proximity to each other 65 and 67 Fulford Road could be an ideal location for two large group of friends that want to live close to one another.)65 Fulford road is a bright and spacious property and it comes fully furnished. Each of the 8 bedrooms has a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and flat-screen television and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The living room has large, comfy sofas and a wide, flat screen TV and Google Chromecast. The location of Fulford Road is excellent for a student studying at either the University of York or York St John University as it is not far from either campuses and there are excellent bus links throughout the town. There is a Sainsburys Local less than 10 minutes away and Fulford Road is a short walk away from the center of town and all of its amenities.
