Accommodation at Willowbank Mews is fully furnished to a high standard with comfy beds, designated study areas and top quality furniture. The two spacious communal areas are perfect for socialising with your housemates and friends or hosting Netflix movie nights on the large sofa areas provided. These spacious and luxurious properties are perfect for student living.
You have the option of booking with a group of friends, or you can book your own room. Willowbank Mews is a great place to make new friends or get together with housemates in your large social spaces.

£120pp/pw. Inclusive of all bills. Exempt from council tax (proof of full time student status required). Council Tax Band: D.
£100 refundable* holding deposit per person. Holding deposits capped at 1 weeks rent. Paid at application stage to secure booking. This is contributed towards your first rental payment. *holding deposits refundable up to 15 days.
£430.00 security deposit per person. Deposits capped at 5 weeks rent, to be paid prior to start of tenancy.
