Our student house, 20 Priory Road is situated just off Mount Pleasant Road. It is a 15 mins walk from the Exeter University Streatham main campus and St Lukes campus, and approx 10 minutes walk to town. The house has been completely refurbished, painted & decorated throughout, with brand new carpets, sofas and furniture, gas central heating and wooden flooring in all the communal rooms. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, desk &chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, blackout blinds and desk lamp.  It has a fitted kitchen with a double gas oven and hob, microwave oven, 4 slot toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and large American style fridge freezer. The lounge area includes a large flat screen TV, Dining table, chairs and sofas.   There are two bathrooms with showers, toilet and sink. The Tv Licence is paid for by the landlord. There is a sunny patio to the rear with garden furniture and a secure backgate. Security has been well considered with all windows lockable, a padlocked back gate, the front door has a mortice lock. There is a convenience shop selling all the basics, 100 metres away.  The house is managed by the owners who live locally, have a responsible attitude and will address any problems which arise.
