A lovely, clean, 4 bed student house with lounge in Brynmill with excellent facilities. The area is quiet (which is great for studying) and the house is a short, pleasant walk to Singleton campus at Swansea University. It is also really close to the beach, beautiful Singleton park and a decently stocked local Co-op store. Swansea City is 15-20 mins walk. Buses to town and Bay Campus can be found at the end of the road. The kitchen is large with washer and 2 fridges one large freezer. The rooms are a good size, warm and dry. The house is in good decorative order and has a small, sunny rear garden and a rotary washing line. Students can view the house by appointment. Just drop me a message!
