Would certainly recommend this house to anyone. The house has large bedrooms and kitchen, living area and bathrooms are all nice. Paul the landlord is very attentive and quick to resolve any problems.

Paul is a great landlord, no problem ever seems too small and he always replies quickly if we text him with a problem. The house is really nice with good quality furniture and finishings and lots of facilities. Many of my friends are jealous of where I get to live. Highly recommend him and his houses.

Paul was a great landlord, on the rare occasion that something went wrong he would fix the problem quickly and with no fuss. A nice all round guy. Everything was as it was meant to be. Definitely one of the good landlords :D.

This was my second year of living in one of Pauls houses and he is undoubtedly the best landlord! Any problems were sorted extremely quickly by either Paul himself or by one of his great team. All of his houses are of a really high spec and really do feel like home. After completing a 4year university course at NTU, and 3 landlords later (Paul being the last) I can say it has been a pleasure living in his house and having him as our landlord! These are words I never thought I'd say after having nightmare student agencies and landlords in the past! It was such a relief to have Paul in our final year! He is a really friendly and personable guy who you can text or call about the smallest thing and he will be sure to offer advice or sort it out very quickly! We had constant communication with Paul throughout the year, even to let us know when he'd be away with alternative contact details! We honestly couldn't asked for a better landlord, who provided us with the best house which you would never class as a student one!! From day one the property and landlord were excellent. A well presented house with up to date facilities and constant support if problems did occur. After two years of typical student accommodation it was refreshing and a nice change living in a family standard home with all the fixtures and fittings you could want as a student to an amazing standard. Paul as a landlord is everything you could hope for, he is only ever a phone call away and is more than happy to help with any issues. Also the night out and Easter egg went down a treat, it really was a genuine pleasure.

We found this house to be very good value for money, it was well protected and we had no problem with crime. Paul was very attentive and helpful so we cannot fault him or his service in any way. We have rang him at all hours of the day and night for lost keys, setting the alarm off and not knowing how to stop it etc. And he has done everything he can to help and is always genuinally concerned and wanting to help.
