This is a very spacious student flat that will take your breath away… It has a lovely, bright, spacious hallway. Both the bedrooms are a good size and have large double glazed sash windows. Sometimes if it’s rented by a couple, they will use one of the bedrooms as a dedicated office/study area which works brilliantly. There’s a large, fresh bathroom with an actual bath (!) and powerful shower. The huge south-facing lounge has a large window with great views out towards Plymouth Sound and Mount Edgecombe. The highlight of this student flat is undoubtably the roof terrace. It is vast and I suspect it could be one of the highest in the city. On a clear day the views are unrivalled. Besides the endless sunbathing and BBQs life indoors isn’t too shabby either!… The large rooms, high ceilings, fresh decor make this a great property. P.S. The photos are good but they still don’t do the view justice, it’s awesome. Come and take a look… Situated in the heart of a thriving area of Plymouth known as Stoke Village, you have everything you will ever need right on your doorstep. There’s a super-market, café, bakery, pharmacy, takeaways, a pub or two and the best Curry House in town (in my opinion.) If you are looking for a quiet and homely student flat in Plymouth this is heaven! There is also ample parking just around the corner if you ever have friends or family visit. Ha, I almost forgot to mention the delightful park across the road, it’s the highest point in Plymouth with views over the city, Tamar river and Cornwall, perfect to escape to on a sunny afternoon. Stoke village is a 20 minute walk from the main campus, but the No.32 bus takes you from your doorstep to the University in just 8 minutes! There is also somewhere to keep a bike if you fancy riding to and fro. There is off-road parking but it is limited so if this is something which is important to you we can discuss it when you get in touch.

We provide Plymouth student accommodation as it should be... Ok, l'll be honest we is really mostly me, Ross. I've been letting property since I left Plymouth University early in 2000. So as a graduate I know the good, bad and quite frankly the f'ugly of Plymouth Student Accommodation! I've done the viewings, I've met the landlords, been herded by the agents, I've been ripped off, frustrated and let down. It's not all bad but as you probably already know it can be a minefield.
