Our spacious homes are perfect for groups of friends looking for a whole house or individuals looking for a single room in a house share and who still want a little personal space. Please note we have a selection of single sex, mixed houses for either undergraduate or postgraduate students or young professionals.
 
Your rent always includes our bills-inclusive package and covers your gas & electricity (subject to fair usage policies), water, and high-speed internet. Please note if you are not a full time student a supplement will be payable for council tax.

This development of homes catering for students and young professionals but unlike most purpose built student accommodation blocks these all have their own front doors and either private or shared gardens. This gives you the best of all worlds; privacy and outside space, combined with a vibrant community to make new friends, onsite maintenance support and a 24 hrs emergency customer services helpline should you need it. 
Inside our homes all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, double beds, ample storage and study space and blinds, so you can switch off and sleep anytime. Our kitchens are all equipped with dishwashers and their own washing machines and tumble dryers so no having to run down to the basement to share with the rest of your block and pay extra for laundry facilities.
Some units have parking available and with a bus stop close by the site for easy access to campus'.

- You are in the city centre so no walking required!
- 27-minute walk from the train station or 16 minutes on the bus, which depart every 5 minutes
- 40 minute walk from the Nottingham University hospital or 15 minutes on the bus, which depart every 3 minutes
- 60 minute walk from the Nottingham City hospital or 25 minutes on the bus, which depart every 10 minutes
