Portland House provides seven high specification cluster apartments for students in a great city centre location. We have forty exceptionally spacious bedrooms - each with its own ensuite bathroom and all at very competitive prices. Most have ¾ double beds but some have single beds. Rents range from £150 to £164 per week which includes all utilities, insurance and regular cleaning. All our flats have large well equipped kitchen/living rooms. The entire building is maintained to a high standard by our experienced and friendly site services team. It's no wonder so many of our tenants stay on for more than one year. We provide accommodation for individuals and groups so if you are not part of a group that is not a problem. All contracts are individual. Located close to the railway station on Prince of Wales Road, Portland House is just a few minutes walk from Norwich University of the Arts. There is easy access to the University of East Anglia and City College by bus from just across the road. The walk along the River Wensum is just a couple of minutes away and to the rear of us is the peaceful Stuart Gardens park. Also close by are the bus station, Chaplefield Shopping Centre, Castle Mall, the Riverside leisure and entertainment complex, supermarkets, banks and much more.
