It's the perfect place to study, relax and hang out during your time at university. We offer two different tenancies, either a 51 or 48 week option. Whether you select either the 51 or 48 week option, both enable you to move into your new student accommodation before the orientation week at the University of East Anglia.

How the booking process works

  1. Start your booking

    Simply click the "Book now" button and choose your preferred length of stay from the available options.

  2. Provide tenant details

    Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

    Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.

  3. Pay holding deposit

    To secure your room, simply enter your card details to pay the £250 holding deposit.

  4. Complete your booking

    After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details and deposit to Velocity Student, who will process your booking and send a tenancy agreement to sign. Once signed, your booking is complete, and you’re all set to stay there.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
