Resident at St JamesI lived at Nido (now Abodus) for two years, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff truly made the place feel like home, even though I was far away from mine. My experience was defined by a welcoming, hospitable environment. The team went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well taken care of whenever they needed help. Since returning to Canada, not a week goes by where I don’t smile thinking back to my time here. The study spaces were fantastic, there was an excellent grocery store just steps away, and the location was perfect—not right in the heart of downtown, but only a 10-minute walk away. It was the ideal distance to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest away from the lively city, but close enough that getting into town was never an issue. Highly recommend!

Resident at St JamesI joined Abodus in the beginning of September 2023 I have had a great experience with living with them. They have exceptional facilities, it’s very convenient since it’s near most of the huge supermarkets chains and near the main city centre.

How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Pay advanced rent payment
To secure your room, simply enter your card details to pay the £150 advanced rent payment.
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details and deposit to Abodus Students, who will process your booking and send a tenancy agreement to sign. Once signed, your booking is complete, and you’re all set to stay there.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
