Excellent location with easy access to the city centre. The manager is incredibly helpful and approachable, always ready to assist with anything. The accommodation is not only comfortable but also very affordable compared to other places in the area. Highly recommended for students looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay!

I would definitely recommend staying at The Walls––I even rebooked for next year! It offers much better value for money than many other studios. The rooms themselves are light and clean, fairly neutral in colour (which make them easy to personalise), and have everything you could need. The location is one of the biggest perks: it is very close to the city centre, making it easy to access literally everything, but the building is on a relatively quiet street, so you're not interrupted by noise. Having 24/7 security offers peace of mind, though the area is fine. Management has been good here. Overall, it is definitely worth staying here if you prefer quiet but happy student accommodation in Southampton, for a reasonable price.
