How the booking process works

Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Now Students.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Now Students, where you'll be able to complete your booking.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
