Unest is an all bills inclusive accommodation, providing high speed internet access, new fitted large rooms (featuring Single, ¾ and double beds!). (Wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and bedside table too!)
There’s even a games room, in-case you fancy a game of pool to help you unwind (just next to our onsite laundry).
Located just a stones throw from Carlisle College and a short walk from the University. The accommodation is fantastically close to the local amenities, Carlisle town centre and transport routes.
The kitchens are fully loaded, with pots, pans, crockery, kettle, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker (and wine glasses!). We also have private lockable cupboards for each resident, and ample freezer/fridge space.
Unest has a 24 hour emergency line, monitored fire alarm systems, security cameras, private car park and bike racks, and partial double glazing.
Finally, cleaners attend twice weekly for common areas (sorry, but you still have to do your own dishes!).

What is a holding deposit?
A holding deposit is a sum of money paid to reserve a room or property. Once the holding deposit is paid, the room or property will be taken off the market, allowing you time to complete the tenancy agreement. You will have a specific amount of time to complete the tenancy agreement, so once you've paid the holding deposit, make sure to complete the agreement within that timeframe.
Will I get my holding deposit back?
Yes, provided you complete the tenancy agreement in time. In most cases, the holding deposit will be converted to all or part of the . Additionally, if the landlord, agent, or hall decides not to rent the property to you, you will receive your money back. However, if you do not complete the tenancy agreement within the agreed timeframe, you will lose your holding deposit.
