Our Castle Gate property is situated in the heart of the city centre, with transport links close by if you wish to explore further afield. Nottingham Trent University is just a 10 minute walk away, and with it taking only a 15 minute bus ride to reach the University of Nottingham, the site is ideally located for nipping into town but also being close to your university campuses.
We offer rooms in 3-7 bedroom shared flats, including en-suite and non en-suite rooms. There’s also self-contained studios available, so whether you want to book as an individual or as part of a group, this accommodation has room types for everyone!

How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Dwell Student Living.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Dwell Student Living, where you’ll be able to pay the holding deposit to reserve your room.
Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £200 holding deposit directly to Dwell Student Living.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
