How the booking process works

Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

Pay advanced rent payment
To secure your room, simply enter your card details to pay the £200 advanced rent payment.
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details and deposit to Host, who will process your booking and send a tenancy agreement to sign. Once signed, your booking is complete, and you’re all set to stay there.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
