How the booking process works

Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Host, who will process your booking and send a tenancy agreement to sign. Once signed, your booking is complete, and you’re all set to stay there.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
