How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room, booking your stay is a breeze. Simply select the length of stay from the dropdown menu and click on the "Book now" button.
Fill in tenant details
Next, provide your details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Pay advanced rent payment
To secure your room, simply enter your card details to pay the advanced rent payment.
After booking
Once you've completed your booking request, we'll pass your details on to Host, and they’ll begin processing your booking. They will send you a tenancy agreement, which you’ll need to sign as soon as possible. That will then complete the booking, and you'll be all set to stay there.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
