Overview

The No Place Inn is a small well located private hall converted from a landlord pub a few years ago. It provides high quality accommodation in a building with a lot of character at a price that provides great value for money. We are owner/landlords, and do not use managing agents so there are no delays in getting maintenance done or delay with anything else you need. The No Place Inn offers 13 bed spaces, it offers a warmer environment rarely found in large halls of residence, with only your immediate neighbours passing through the building, giving peace of mind on security. Our property manager has been with us for several years and numerous students have told us how helpful and responsive they have found him to be. A whole range of amenities are within easy walking distance of the No Place Inn, such as: Plymouth Uni, 15 minute walk, Lidl & Aldi, 5/10 minute walk, with the City Centre 10/12 minute walk. The No Place Inn is also on a direct bus route to MarJon too! The No Place Inn has a range of accommodation to meet different student needs. • 6 bed ensuite flat • 2 bed ensuite flat • 5 studio flats of varying sizes for occupation by one or two students • Shared flats – the bedrooms are all extra large and well equipped. They have double beds with bedside tables, double wardrobes with plenty of room for storage, and desks with executive chairs. The reception rooms have leather sofas and flat screen TV’s. Kitchens have seating areas and are fully fitted with everything you need including large fridges/freezers and dishwashers. • Studios – the studios all also have double or king size beds with bedside tables, double wardrobes with mirrors, and desks with executive chairs. The kitchen areas have fitted white gloss cupboards, hob, microwave convection oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The studios are great sizes, much larger than normal, with sizes ranging from 25sqm to 33sqm. Extra Benefits of the No Place Inn…………… o Everything included – no hidden extras.
