Deakins Place, Nottingham

Deakins Place is the newest addition to Student Roost's Nottingham Quarter, a purposefully designed student hub. It's only a five-minute walk from the University of Nottingham’s Jubilee Campus, and across the road from the bus station with links across Nottingham. Residents can keep fit in the on-site gym or catch a movie in the cinema room. There’s always a helpful and friendly face available, with on-site staff around 24/7. There’s a buzzing social calendar for you to join. You’ll also benefit from free Wi-Fi throughout the building and on-site laundry facilities. Deakins Place offers different types of en-suite rooms, each fully furnished with a communal kitchen and living space. Alternatively, we also offer two types of studios which boast a private self-contained kitchen, bathroom and living space.
