We have different contract lengths to choose from, and even do bespoke contracts to allow early check ins and Summer stays! We offer a range of room types and sizes, to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. As a Space resident, your rent also includes 24/7 concierge support, giving you peace of mind and a friendly team on hand whenever you need us. You will have access to a variety of resident spaces designed for both study and socialising, including two large co working study lounges, bookable private study rooms available at no extra cost through our app, a private dining room for hosting friends, and a fully equipped gym open 24 hours a day. Our St Andrews development is a welcoming and social community, with regular resident events to help you meet your neighbours and make new friends from day one. We are also excited to be opening a brand-new onsite cafe and restaurant, The Social, in the next few weeks. This will include digital darts, a pool table, and private karaoke and entertainment rooms, perfect for relaxing and having fun without leaving home. The perfect place to dine, study and play! The Social has been created with our students in mind, and even contains a mini market, so you can do your grocery shop without leaving the building. We also open our brand-new Sports Hall this Summer, which is perfect for all indoor sports! The Sports Hall also has a sauna that is exclusively for resident use.
