I found the house I wanted the rent really easily from the website and was able to confer with flatmates about what we liked and didn’t like about the house. The website is very accessible and easy to use. However, the only downside we had was the £450pp damage deposit fee that we weren’t aware we would’ve been expected to pay on-top of the £150pp security deposit. Also, we would’ve had to start paying for the property quite early in the year which meant we would’ve paid around 2k before moving in September 2026. This consequently resulted in us choosing another accommodation provider that was cheaper and came with multiple amenities.

Me and my friend were looking for a flat for next year. We enquired about two properties and got replies the same day. We have now secured one of them so very happy with the result.
