The location is a great spot for uni students where it’s close enough to the city centre but also a nice distance away and close to campuses so travelling to uni doesn’t take longer then a 25/30min walk. The landlord has been very active in any issues with the house and living in the property has been extremely comfortable!

The location is super convenient, close to both the university and a 5 minute walk from the lidl for a weekly shop. Plenty of off licenses nearby and is kept in great condition. Our landlord Barbara is super helpful for any concerns we have and is always out asap to resolve them.

Living here has been a very nice experience and would definitely recommend. The bedrooms are all a good size and having 2 bathrooms between 3 people has been great. The landlord has been very helpful and responded promptly to any queries we have had. The location is also a good walking distance from both the University of Liverpool as well as shops such as Lidl and Iceland. There are also frequent buses which run into the town centre, although the walk there is also manageable.

Location: Kensington might not have the best rep but the location of the house is perfect. It’s a great distance from local shops (lidl), only about 5 mins. And has a good range of shops as well. As it is a student area it is good for meeting other students. Also not too far from central, it is a slight walk but it’s doable. From the university it’s only about a 20-25 min walk which is good for the early morning lectures. I believe there are buses that get there but it’s easier to just walk it. The property itself is great, all the bedrooms are a good size and come with good storage space. The bathrooms are good to and as there’s 2 for 3 of us it’s really helpful. The sofas in the living room are comfy. The kitchen is great with tons of cupboard space so there is no worries about storing shopping. The 2 fridges and freezer are great and more then enough space for all the fresh and frozen food we buy. Also got a garden space which was nice in the summer ( a lot on the street did not have as big of a garden us as.) At first the bins were a worry but we have found them to be pretty easy and it’s never been taken when it’s been accidentally left for a few days. Whenever we have a problem Barb always gets back to us promptly and sends people round. We had a problem with one plumber not coming to fix the shower and as soon as I told her this, she was straight onto them to get them round. The monthly inspections are actually really helpful as it means that we can have an in person discussion with Barb (and if we need to) tell her any worries we have. As well as making sure we stay on top of the cleaning. Barb is also really friendly and approachable so I am never worried when having to speak with her :)
