The fully fitted granite kitchen has a breakfast table along with two bar stools, a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and tumble dryer.
There are two large modern bathrooms both have separate modern showers and are fully equipped with toilet and hand basin. The larger of the two bathrooms also benefits from a full length bath.

Location is perfect for Uni of Liverpool. Easy and safe area with safe walking to and from university in the dark. Property is nice and spacious for 3 people. Landlord is helpful and has all issues sorted promptly.

I enjoyed living in this house, it was easy to get to uni, with the furthest distance being about a 20 minute walk. Any issues that have appeared have been quickly sorted out.

This house is in a safe area in Kensington and is a 10-15 minute walk from the University of Liverpool Campus. I am currently sharing the property with two of my university friends and we are loving it. Barb is a fantastic landlord, making sure appliance services are up to date, furniture is up to standard and that we are aware of local issues. I highly recommend this house!! Thank you Barb

The location is handy as it is only a 15 min walk from the main UOL campus. There is everything you need within walking distance , shops etc. The house is lovely especially for the price point! My only issues are; - new curtains are definitely needed as the blinds do almost nothing in the way of blocking out light. - the bed frames are very loud and make a lot of noise even when you just turn over in the night. The landlord was always helpful whenever we needed a hand!
