Kexgill was founded by an ex-student in 1978 dedicated to the provision of good quality, safe and affordable University Student Accommodation. Because we own all our properties and employ a full time management and repair team, our standards and response times are second to none. We are located in 8 towns and cities catering for almost 2,500 students. Each location has a full complement of management and repair staff, enabling us to provide a highly responsive personal service plus the financial backing of a much larger group.
