We offer 8 weeks half rent over the summer if you take the lease but do not occupy the property. 1 double bedrooms to let in a student house. The rooms are fully furnished with double beds , a double wardrobe, drawers and a desk. Kitchen has a fridge freezer, built in cooker, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. All bills are included...( TV Licence, gas, electric, water rates and broadband) The house is within a short walk of Salford university. If you are an overseas student we will require the full 12 month rent to be paid in advance. If you are a UK student we will require a guarantor who is resident in the UK. We do not take deposits.
