All bills are included...( TV Licence, gas, electric, water rates and broadband) The house is within a short walk of Salford university. If you are an overseas student we will require the full 12 month rent to be paid in advance. If you are a UK student we will require a guarantor who is resident in the UK. We do not take deposits.
