If you are an overseas student we will require the full year rent to be paid in advance. If you are a UK student we will require a parental guarantor who is resident in the UK. We do not take deposits...but you must provide a guarantor. It is approximately a twenty minute walk to the main University campus and very close to a Lidl Super store for your weekly shop.
