A gardener is included in the rent and comes a few times a year to keep on top of the garden for you. The standard contract is a group contract for 11 months. For August we offer students individual rooms if you want to stay for the summer. All bills are included (gas/electric/water and broadband - Subject to fair usage). The internet package included is the 500Mbps Fibre Broadband package. The house has full gas central heating with a thermostat control and double glazing throughout. All our houses are given a Deep Clean before Tenancy Start.
