    The house is fantastic and well looked after. The location is great - it’s closer to uni campus but also well within smithdown and close to the training station gym. The rooms are nice, well furnished and much more sound proof than other uni houses I’ve been in. Most importantly, the landlords are fantastic. They’re unlike other uni landlords and completely have your best interests at heart. It’s a house that they clearly want to look after and want the people in it to be looked after too. As far as university student homes go, what you get here is one of the best :)

    This house was in a great location, near both the shops and just a short walk away from University which was very convenient. The landlords were very helpful and always sorted out any issues we had quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend these landlords as well as the property!

    I have nothing but positive reviews of my experience renting with these landlords. The house is really homely, comfortable and well set up. The location is a nice short walk away from university and is in a really nice quiet part of Smithdown. The landlords are very welcoming and approachable, and they have been very efficient in managing any requests we have and are very helpful in general. They have lots of useful advice for getting the most from the property. I would not hesitate to recommend living in this property and renting from these landlords.

    Really great location. Nice and close to UoL by walking or bus. House is great! Both bathrooms are new and the bedrooms are spacious. Karen and Tony are also amazing. They're really quick to respond to emails and fix problems. Overall, had no issues living here!

    Overall I have enjoyed living at the property. the house is in a good location to bus stops, and food shopping is easy with Aldi and Asda only about a 10 minute walk. I also enjoyed having JD gyms only a 20 minute walk away. The property's location also means that it is possible to walk to university in around half an hour, which was an advantage to friends who lived further down Smithdown Road. The landlords were very accommodating and reasonable, helping with my individual living situation moving to a different property in the next few months at the end of the year. They were fast to respond to emails and as long as you had agreed with them they were more than okay with things being put onto walls within bedrooms or changes to make it feel more like your own room.
