51 MacDonald Street has been the perfect house for my third year in university. The property itself is clean, modern, homely, I genuinely have no complaints! Location wise it is within walking distance to the Aldi and Asda and there is a bus stop just at the top of road making travelling to uni easy. The neighbours both side have been welcoming and friendly. Barbara the landlord has been extremely helpful and has ensured that we have everything we need in the property. Would definitely recommend this property and landlord.

Located just a short walk from the vibrant student area of Smithdown Road, the house is also a 5 minute walk from a bus stop with direct buses into the city centre. The house is renovated to a good standard and is ample size for 2 people, with little touches throughout such as a gorgeous media wall with electric fireplace. So far we have had a great experience renting from our landlord, Barbara. She has been easily accessible since our first viewing of the property and kept us updated throughout the renovation process. She was flexible with move in dates and is always on hand to answer our questions via WhatsApp. Monthly house checks by the landlord ensure her properties are maintained to a good standard.
