We have a room at Bridge Street Exchange that we no longer need. Available immediately - current contract until July 17th 2026 - but extendable until September. Normal rent is £172 per week but I would be happy to discount this to £140 per week until July 2026 (negotiable) for right person. You would share with 5 other flatmates - each flat has a shared living room/kitchen area with all the facilities. All bills paid (including insurance). Located in the centre of Cardiff, with brilliant access to all of central Cardiff's amenities. Students only - male or female (mixed flat). There is a gym on site, with a laundry. There is outside space and a social scene for those that want it. Very close to Cardiff Central train station and bus routes. Lots of great food outlets close by, and right next to St David's shopping centre.
