We are a family run business and have 23 Student Houses in Carlisle, spread throughout the city, catering for both the University of Cumbria sites at Fusehill and Brampton Road. Our aim is to provide very high quality accommodation with personal attention guaranteed at all times. We are fully accredited members of the NRLA and comply with all the safety procedures required for house rentals. Each bedroom is equipped with a double or single bed (as size of room allows), wardrobe, desk and chair, plus book case. Personal touches regarding soft furnishings are added in all our houses. Our aim is to provide superior student accommodation in Carlisle with all facilities, and creating a home from home environment in which to study. We are on call 24/7. Sylvia was awarded the N.L.A. North West Region Property Woman of the Year 2009 for the high quality of care and attention she gives to her student tenants. She was delighted to receive the Award from Simon Thompson of Accommodation for Students, who sponsored this event. We have also been awarded 2018 Best Family Business by in-Cumbria Magazine.
