There are 5 VERY large fully furnished modern double bedrooms with contemporary furniture each with double bed, desk, wardrobe and Ikea furniture. There are 2 large separate and fully equipped modern bathrooms including two separate modern showers. The house has been modernised with IKEA furniture and laminated flooring throughout. The kitchen has recently, been upgraded with granite white worktops and modern green splash back throughout. It is extremely large with breakfast bar and bar stools. Two fridges one of which is a modern American style F/F and two freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer are all supplied along with microwave oven. This year we added a huge Media Wall with built in living electric fire beautiful for cozy nights in! We are a family run business who own a small portfolio of properties and have been trading since 1985. We are registered and well regarded by Liverpool Student Homes for 35 years now.     Good location for getting to the university, as well as the city centre. The house is nice to live in, with good appliances. And Barb was very good and quick at dealing with issues in the house and fixing them.

    The house is a lovely family home close to university and local shops. The rooms are very large and priced very fairly. Plenty of storage and fridge space. The landlord is absolutely lovely and very responsive to any issues we may have.

    This house has been perfect to live in, especially with proximity to the university as it is only a ten minute walk to campus. It is less than ten minutes away from Lidl on London Road, convenient for food shopping and has a bus stop right outside leading into town. The rooms are all a great size and the electric fireplace in the living room is great! Our landlord, Barbara is absolutely lovely, always communicates with us and fixes any issues promptly.

    The location is really good if ur second or third year as u know your way around the city loads of shops around so easy to do shopping. Getting to campus was easy as anything as my campus was only ten minute walk away from the house. Living in the house was nice as there was plenty of room for all of 5 of us and really good when friends come over as the living room is easy big enough for 8 people Barbara was a very good landlord as any problems what happened within the house she got them fixed as soon as she could and was every understand of any problem’s that had happen within the house also the rent is very cheap for the area.

    Barb has been nothing but helpful during the entire tenancy with whatever problem came up. The house is in a perfect location for both LJMU and Uni of Liverpool students and any needed amenities within walking distance. The property is spacious both in rooms and communal areas with a larger than standard kitchen with all the storage space necessary. I would highly recommend renting with Barb

    The location for the property is great, just on the edge of Kensington fields and local to all amenities. The house is spacious with all bedrooms having excellent space. Barbara can not do enough to help when needed and is quick to resolve any issues and always on hand.

    The location is very nice, situated around a variety of different stores and close to the hospital. It is about a 20 min walk to Liverpool John Moores and even closer to University of Liverpool. The property is very spacious and the rooms are amazing. The landlord was always in contact about any updates/information concerning the property and surrounding area, it was very easy to get in contact with her regarding any maintenance issues in the house and they were sorted out within a good time frame.
