The communal lounge has two large lovely cream comfortable leather sofas and has recently undergone significant improvements during this summer (2024) which has included a brand new Media Wall housing a 55 inch Smart TV, Sound Bar and surrounded by Acoustic Nature Wall to further enhance your quality of sound throughout. Furthermore a lovely Feature Fireplace has also been built into the Media Wall giving it a real home from home feeling and a lovely cosy feeling during those winter nights in.
There are 2 separate bathrooms in this property for 4 people so no delays getting ready in the mornings! They are both fully fitted with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The fully Fitted Kitchen has also undergone significant improvements this summer with all doors and drawers upgraded to high gloss white units and by adding black handles gives it a more contemporary feel. The kitchen also benefits from a microwave, separate fridge and freezer, washing machine and oven with hob.
Directly off the kitchen is access to your own outdoor space.
There is free parking for residents directly outside this property.
Similar properties in the area have been converted to 6/7/8 bedrooms however, we have not done that, our family run business believe that spacious accommodation is a priority for students.

The location is very good, it is a 5-10 minute walk to Uni of Liverpool and not much further to John moores. The house comes at a cheap price and is a very nice place to stay. The heating keeps the house warm and the living room gives it a very homely vibe. The landlord always listens in to our issues and is quick to react when we have a problem. I would recommend this to other students wanting a place to stay.

The house is very well situated, only 15 minutes from campus, with several shops nearby. The property is very good quality for your money, with only minor problems being quickly fixed by the landlady Barbara. Barbara is very personable and sensible, genuinely a dream of a landlady!

The location has a small shop near by to buy essentials, while also having many take-aways on the end of the street. It is very easy getting to and from University, with only a 10 minute walk to campus. The property is very nice, spacious and the facilities work well. Our landlord Barbara is perfect. She is incredibly helpful and is always around to help. Her response time is very quick and she is helpful in all matters regarding the house.

I have had a lovely time at Albany Road, Barbara is a great landlord and is always very fast at responding to any issues we have she is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for the city centre and is within walking distance. Living at the property has been great.
