4 bed house, Albany Road Kensington

The location is very good, it is a 5-10 minute walk to Uni of Liverpool and not much further to John moores. The house comes at a cheap price and is a very nice place to stay. The heating keeps the house warm and the living room gives it a very homely vibe. The landlord always listens in to our issues and is quick to react when we have a problem. I would recommend this to other students wanting a place to stay.

The house is very well situated, only 15 minutes from campus, with several shops nearby. The property is very good quality for your money, with only minor problems being quickly fixed by the landlady Barbara. Barbara is very personable and sensible, genuinely a dream of a landlady!

The location has a small shop near by to buy essentials, while also having many take-aways on the end of the street. It is very easy getting to and from University, with only a 10 minute walk to campus. The property is very nice, spacious and the facilities work well. Our landlord Barbara is perfect. She is incredibly helpful and is always around to help. Her response time is very quick and she is helpful in all matters regarding the house.

I have had a lovely time at Albany Road, Barbara is a great landlord and is always very fast at responding to any issues we have she is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for the city centre and is within walking distance. Living at the property has been great.

The location is ideal. Just outside the city centre with on street parking and is walking distance to the unis and town. The property has everything you need to live comfortably while studying and the landlord is excellent. Responds quickly and will look to help as soon as possible and has lots of contacts to help with anything that you may need. There is also potential to rent the property over summer for half rent which is excellent for anyone looking to do a summer of year placement in Liverpool, and the landlord was also willing to be flexible with payment terms with regards to the student loans. All round very accommodating so you can have the best time possible. Overall a very solid affordable living option.

Living as a tenant with three others on Albany Road, I can only say I've been very satisfied with the services received. Our landlord Barbara was incredibly helpful with issues raised and was very proactive with any maintenance or renovation that the house required, although little was needed due to the good condition of the house. Barbara was very polite and knowledgeable while also being available on short notice to solve any queries or issues we had. We were always informed of our bills and rent payments with monthly updates allowing us to keep track of finances, this was particularly useful as this was the first time the four of us had lived independently. Me and the three other tenants have lived in the house for over a year now and have extended our contract for another year as we strongly doubt we'd find a better place to live. The location of the property was perfect for university as it is just a 10 minute walk away, the house is also near enough to town that taxi's or buses aren't really required for a night out so it fulfills all student needs.

Barbara (the landlord) is great. She always deals with any problems straight away and she is lovely to talk to. The house is in great condition and a great price. The location is perfect as it is a 5-10 minute walk to the university’s and a 20 minute walk from the city centre. The area is fine as there is lots of students and families around. Overall, it is great and would recommend.
