Resident at The FoundryLiving in The Foundry for the last three years has been incredible, the staff are very attentive and friendly, there are on site facilities for the residents including a gym, cinema and study rooms. There is 24/7 security and the accommodation is only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Highly recommend!

Resident at The FoundryI’ve had such a great experience living at The Foundry! The accommodation itself is clean, modern, and really well-maintained. The rooms are super comfortable, the common areas are also a great bonus perfect for relaxing, studying, or being with friends.(my favourite is the cinema!) I feel like what really makes The Foundry special is the staff (they should be given more credit I believe). They are incredibly kind, and always willing to help with anything you need. they always handle maintenance requests really quickly , create a welcoming atmosphere, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feel comfortable. I have loved my stay here at The Foundry,fair to say I have booked another room for next year

The management team has been nothing short of amazing—always approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring residents have the best possible stay. Their professionalism and dedication have made my time here incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for anyone who wants to be close to the heart of Leeds. Being just a short walk away from the city centre means you're never far from shops, restaurants, and all the amenities that Leeds has to offer. re a Overall, The Foundry has provided a safe, comfortable, and well-managed living environment. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during my time in Leeds. Highly recommended!

How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to CRM Students.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with CRM Students, where you'll be able to complete your booking.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
