The Foundry, Newcastle

Living in The Foundry for the last three years has been incredible, the staff are very attentive and friendly, there are on site facilities for the residents including a gym, cinema and study rooms. There is 24/7 security and the accommodation is only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience living at The Foundry! The accommodation itself is clean, modern, and really well-maintained. The rooms are super comfortable, the common areas are also a great bonus perfect for relaxing, studying, or being with friends.(my favourite is the cinema!) I feel like what really makes The Foundry special is the staff (they should be given more credit I believe). They are incredibly kind, and always willing to help with anything you need. they always handle maintenance requests really quickly , create a welcoming atmosphere, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feel comfortable. I have loved my stay here at The Foundry,fair to say I have booked another room for next year

Their professionalism and dedication have made my time here incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for anyone who wants to be close to the heart of Leeds. Being just a short walk away from the city centre means you're never far from shops, restaurants, and all the amenities that Leeds has to offer. re a Overall, The Foundry has provided a safe, comfortable, and well-managed living environment. Continuing to stay here for a second year, I can confidently say it’s a great choice if you’re studying at any of the Leeds universities. The location is perfect- within a good distance of the University of Leeds, Hyde Park, and the city centre making it super convenient for visiting friends or commuting to a job in the city. The property management team is fantastic- always friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues. The rooms and kitchens are well-designed with plenty of storage space, and cleaning equipment is available to borrow from reception. There are circuit laundry facilities and bin stores on the floor below. There are also lots of social events hosted in the building, making it easy to meet new people if you’re into that. If not, the rooms have good soundproofing so that you’re not disturbed by party noise from other flats. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I would recommend The Foundry as a safe and reliable accomodation choice!
