Provide tenant, emergency contact and guarantor details
Enter your tenant details, an emergency contact and your guarantor details. Your guarantor will need to be based in the UK. If you don't have one, don't worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Host.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Host, where you’ll be able to pay the advanced rent payment to reserve your room.
Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £200 advanced rent payment directly to Host.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
