How the booking process works

    Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.

  2. Provide tenant and guarantor details

    Enter your tenant details and your guarantor details. If you don't have a guarantor, don't worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.

  3. Refundable booking payment

    To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .

  4. Complete your booking

    After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Capitol Students.

    You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Capitol Students, where you’ll be able to pay the advanced rent payment to reserve your room.

Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £50 advanced rent payment directly to Capitol Students.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
