Overview
Located just a short walk from the University of Nottingham's Jubilee Campus, Madison Gardens is the perfect choice for students looking for an affordable, convenient and comfortable place to call home.
It’s great for shopping and nightlife too. Hop on the bus for a short ride into the city centre or stay closer to home with everything you’d need and more directly on your doorstep. Inside the building, you have all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Choose to go solo in one of our spacious studios or buddy up in our shared apartments and modern townhouses.
Residents can attend regular free events where they are able to meet their neighbours. Hang out in our games room, put in that extra study time in our study room and work up a sweat on our multi sports ball court. And for peace of mind, there’s CCTV, all-inclusive bills, free Wi-Fi, free parking, a fob entry system and an on-site maintenance & management team.
Advance rent has replaced deposits for all of our bookings.
Advance rent is an upfront payment. It is a payment of a set amount (usually a small percentage of your total rent - up to 2%) deducted from your first rent instalment and is required
at the point of booking.
