Each studio in the student accommodation has its own kitchen and ensuite bathroom and has been designed with the needs of the modern student in mind. And for peace of mind, there is CCTV, bike storage, all-inclusive bills, Free Wi-Fi, a fob entry system and access to a maintenance & management team.
Advance rent has replaced deposits for all of our bookings.
Advance rent is an upfront payment. It is a payment of a set amount (usually a small percentage of your total rent - up to 2%) deducted from your first rent instalment and is required
at the point of booking.

How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room type, choose your length of stay and click “Book now”.
Provide tenant details
Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Refundable booking payment
To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .
Complete your booking
After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Almero Student.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Almero Student, where you'll be able to complete your booking.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
