After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Vivo Living, who will process your booking and send a tenancy agreement to sign. Once signed, your booking is complete, and you’re all set to stay there.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
